Exchange

You have 14 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it if it's shipped.

To be eligible for a exchange, your items must be unused and in great condition. Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost, for exchange your shipping costs are non-refundable. You have 14 days to exchange a item from the day you received it, exchanges will only be excepted if items is returned in its original packaging and is in great condition.

Pickup

All pickup orders must be picked up within 24 hours prior to purchase, if not there will be a five dollar holding fee, that holding fee must get paid off before customer receives item/items.
